Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return for a full refund, the products should be returned to us unused, in their original packaging, and at your own expense to:

All returns should be made to us within 28 days of receipt of the order. We will credit, in full, for all returns that are in full re-saleable condition and in original packaging. For overseas customers, we are happy to receive product returns but these will need to be sent back at your own cost and we can only refund the cost of products but not any delivery charges.

Warranty Claims

We do not accept responsibility for the products returned to us which are damaged in transit so we do stress that they are packaged carefully and not packed in loose shredded paper, as this can invalidate the warranty.

We are not responsible for, nor can we be expected to repair any damage that occurs in transit.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
